Lenobia

Lenobia is the Equestrian Studies teacher at House of Night. Her Mark is a curled pattern, in which you can see faintly, two horses jumping against the filled-in crescent moon. She is known to be stern at the surface, but inside, she is warm and calm. She has affinity for horses. She is over 250 years old and was once in love with a human man in the 18th Century. However in Lenobias First battle with darkness he was killed and the tragedy haunts her to this day.

Her first tragic relationship was exploited by Neferet in Destined when Neferet Hired a Human Cowboy to work as a stable hand under Lenobia.The Human, Travis Foster, was chosen specifically for the job by Neferet, knowing he would awaken old feelings and hurts within Lenobia causing the powerful Vampyre to weaken.

Lenobia acts as a counsellor to Zoey Redbird and her circle, She along with Anastasia and Dragon Lankford assisted Zoey and her Circle to flee the house of night in order to banish Kalona at the Benedictine Abbey.She has a deep- long scar running from her neck down her back, a wound from her first fight with darkness. She showed This wound to Zoey in order to give her courage after Zoey was wounded by the Raven Mocker.
