| I've read everyone of them. From "The Awakening" to "Shadow Souls". I love them. I sorta like the Tv show, but it doesn't go with the storyline of the books. | |

| Well they have to keep up seasons going so of course they dont follow the storyline; and honestly, not to start contraversy, but I am VERY glad of that. I do not paticularly like the way the books are written or the way that the characters behave.
In the movie they have more character than in the actual book. Elena is more so effected by teh tragedy she has gone through in her life and shes not so bubbly and annoying and sooo not into herself.
Katherine is not as much of an idiot as she is in the books but simply dangerous and intimidating.
Bonnie has more to her and gives her more of a purpose.
And basically they all are given more of an interesting background and personality and its draws the audience in more. |
